Receive individualised coaching with our private personal training programme!  Personal training is available for:

 weight management, functional strength & conditioning, bodyweight training,

athletic performance, transformation specialist,

boxing, muay thai & kickboxing specific personal training for:

- fitness,

- strength & conditioning,

- competitive fight training.
